Stand. Not fight. Just stand. Stand and trust. Stand and praise. Stand and watch God apply the salvation of Christ to your specific fears. Stand strong in the Lord Jesus and in the power of his might as you wait for his return in victory.

Learning to live by the indwelling life of Christ.
Stand. Not fight. Just stand. Stand and trust. Stand and praise. Stand and watch God apply the salvation of Christ to your specific fears. Stand strong in the Lord Jesus and in the power of his might as you wait for his return in victory.
By God’s grace, as we choose to faithfully express Christ’s power, love, and self-control in our own thoughts, choices, and emotional expressions, this faith will become our soul’s habit, our controlling spiritual instinct, our ongoing disposition to the world. Now, our spirit of fear is being gradually replaced with the Spirit of Jesus. Living in fear is being replaced with “to live is Christ.”
“To live is Christ” means nothing in your life is random. You are exactly where God wants you to be for his redemptive purpose.
Because we have been given everything by Christ, now we can give everything through Christ. We can live his sacrificial life. We can live without fear of any loss, for everything is ours in him.
No matter what anyone throws at you, you can still stand. Nothing in life can separate you from God’s love. Nothing in life can steal your treasure. Nothing in life can take your life. That’s “to live is Christ,” and “to live is Christ” is to live in courage.
“To live is Christ” means no more fear of losing control and no more fear of being forsaken. Jesus is God’s “perfect love that casts out all fear.” Look forward to him. Run to his open arms. Fix your eyes ahead on Christ, not backwards on Egypt.
