“To live is Christ” is to live in the blessing of the wound of Christ. The wound he took for us, and the wound he gives to us. The wound that comes when our selfish pride is finally replaced with the blessing of living in complete submission to God.
Christ has placed us on the ladder of his own life. A life we can now live for his glory as we ascend and descend, bringing heaven to earth through “to live is Christ.”
“To live is Christ” is to live from a deep dependency on God’s provision of a savior. A substitute life. Christ’s life.
“To live is Christ” means that we now live in the glory of God’s new covenant with us.
What if the life of Christ credits you with a perfect score, and it credits God with a perfect score? What if we could live in the freedom of a life free from score keeping and simply walk by faith with God in his never ending grace and love? What if to live is Christ?
