To live is Christ means letting every thirst of your soul, every disappointment, every shattered dream, every hardship, reveal your need for his living water. His love’s union with your soul. Until you can say, “I am his and he is mine and nothing in life is better than this.”
When you have found rest in to live is Christ, then you can help others to find hope in OUR refuge, the same Christ.
To live is Christ is preaching this sermon to our own hearts – Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.
“To live is Christ” is the rest and ease of being yoked to Jesus and his life. A yoke that brings us into the love of the Trinity where everything our heart needs is provided by the indwelling life of our gentle Savior. Ahhhhhhh.
