To live is Christ is to entrust your life in all circumstances to the care of our loving and faithful God who never slumbers or sleeps.

No, being God’s adopted sons and daughters doesn’t make life any less difficult. Yes, we will suffer with Christ as Paul says in Romans 8. But we don’t fall back into fear. We move forward as sons.

“To live is Christ” has given us, through grace, what we tried to earn in the Garden through effort. The Garden left humanity with knowledge but no love. In Christ, we have his love and his knowledge. We have his love and we know how to use it. The daily question is “will we?”
