“To live is Christ” means no more fear of dying and no more fear of living. Why? Because my life is no longer being measured. It is no longer the standard by which I will be judged.
It is in the cross and the empty tomb that we see exactly who God is. The great I Am, our Light and our Life, is the One who would die for us and who would live for us forever.
“To live is Christ” means that God has fulfilled every one of his promises to you in Christ.
“To live is Christ” is to have the imminent love and grace of God protecting our hearts as we are filled with the transcendent burning power of his goodness, justice, and righteousness.
The dark day of Christ’s cross has broken through all the darkness in us with the burning light of the great I Am. The light and life of “to live is Christ.”
“To live is Christ” means no more fear of dying and no more fear of living.
