“To live is Christ” has filled us with the upside down glory of God’s grace and truth. The grace and truth of the glorious cross of Christ. Where dying is living, and losing is winning.
In “to live is Christ” we have not only seen the glory of God, but we have received the glory of God (John 1:12), his life of grace and truth, into our own lives. The search is over. In Jesus we no longer have to settle for lesser glories, because the greatest glory, the glory of the love of the Trinity, is ours in him.
“To live is Christ” is to fear not. It is to be strong. It is to keep working for the Lord is with you. Because the latter glory will be greater than the former glory.
Find hope in knowing that right now, in this moment, you are full of the light and glory of God.
“To live is Christ” means the ultimate prayer, “Please show me your glory,” has been answered once and for all. It is Jesus. His living. His dying. His glorified life in and through us, shining in our hearts for all to see.
