Are you still trying to convince God to do what you want, or are you trusting God’s covenant promises in Christ to do what he wants, when he wants? To live is Christ is always the latter.

To live is Christ is to behold the perfection of God’s beauty in the judgment of God upon the cross, and to be gathered to God as his faithful ones trusting in the covenant by sacrifice.
