“To live is Christ” means that all along this trying race called life Jesus is transforming you into his very own likeness. His endurance. His perfection. His fullness. His wisdom. His character.
“To live is Christ” tells us two important truths about our love. It is a brotherly love. It should feel normal and natural to love others. Love is born into us. And it is also being “taught to us” by God himself. The Holy Spirit. Christ in us. The Trinity’s love for one another teaching us what our love can and should look like in our churches, homes, communities, and beyond.
“To live is Christ” has made you a giver. A sharer of the good news of God and of your own self. May God grant us his grace today as we seek to share life with others, both pointing them to Christ and being Christ to them in these difficult days.
