Our better David has brought God’s many sons and daughters to glory. There’s nothing that stands in our way. The path is cleared The battlefield is empty. The giant is dead. And all that remains is “to live is Christ.”
Learning to live by the indwelling life of Christ.
Our better David has brought God’s many sons and daughters to glory. There’s nothing that stands in our way. The path is cleared The battlefield is empty. The giant is dead. And all that remains is “to live is Christ.”
“To Live is Christ” is a marathon. A grace race that we faithfully run ’til the end. By grace we are in the race, by grace we run the race, and by grace we will finish the race. Will you keep the faith in God’s amazing grace until the final day? I pray you will.
“To live is Christ” is a multiplication project. Multiplying the grace of Christ Jesus into the lives of others through our faithful teaching of the gospel. No one said it would be easy. But the promise of God’s strength through grace will stand forever.
Now we can finally embrace our holy calling – the shame of Christ, and the suffering of the gospel. How? Because love has the final word. Not death. Not corruption. Not meaninglessness. Not a earthly project that dies along with us, but an heavenly project of soul transformation that will never end. An eternity in the soul satisfying embrace of God’s purpose and grace. An eternity in “to live is Christ.”
Now, our spirit of fear is being gradually replaced with the Spirit of Jesus. Living in fear is being replaced with “to live is Christ.”
God has taught us his goodness and lovingkindness in the appearing of Christ and the abiding of Christ in us. He has taught us “to live is Christ.”
