To live is Christ is to happily cede over all authority and control of our lives to the King of Glory until all the earth is brought under his throne of love and grace.

To live is Christ means finishing with faith. As the body fails the inner man is renewed in the knowledge that we were never judged by God according to our deeds, but according to Christ’s deed.

Now, in Christ, this prayer is ours for the taking. We can boldly stand against shame and claim the rescue of Christ. We can look back and see the faithful hand of God upon us, even from before birth, for we were in Christ in eternity past. We can continually run into the refuge of his love and mercy.
