“To live is Christ” is to be this image of the Image. The receiver and reflector of the grace, power, love, and wisdom of God that is Christ Jesus our Lord.
TLIC DAILY. DAY 284. OCTOBER 11: DELIVERED.
“To live is Christ” means there’s nothing left to earn. Nothing left to do. No performance left to give. No right to make wrong. No guilt to overcome. No history to delete. Nothing to add-on. No more “ands” to get done today. Just Jesus. Just his love and forgiveness. Only true deliverance.
TLIC DAILY. DAY 283. OCTOBER 10: FILLED WITH KNOWLEDGE.
“To live is Christ” means being filled with the knowledge of God’s will (Christ-likeness) and being instinctively controlled by the wisdom and understanding of God (Christ himself). That’s faith. That’s our union with Christ.
TLIC DAILY. DAY 282. OCTOBER 9: DO ALL THINGS.
When we know all that we have IN Christ, then we can do all things THROUGH Christ. We can gain and we can lose. No matter what we can be satisfied because “to live is Christ.”

“To live is Christ” is to stand firm in the life altering hope of his glorious return for us one day. A future hope that allows us to respond to our present reality with all faith, hope, love, joy, and peace.
