TLIC DAILY. DAY 345. DECEMBER 11: GOD’S SEED.
If you can see yourself as God’s child, born of God, participating in his own nature, then, you might just find that your doing has begun to match your being. You might just find that your “to live” looks like it “is Christ.”
TLIC DAILY. DAY 344. DECEMBER 10: GOD’S CHILDREN.
When our glorious brother and savior-king looks on us with his eyes of perfect love and grace, then we will know fully “to live is Christ.”
TLIC DAILY. DAY 343. DECEMBER 9: AN ADVOCATE.
“To live is Christ” means that when we sin we have a propitiation and a parakletos. We have an advocate whose blood speaks a better word for us. Better than all our excuses and all our broken promises.
TLIC DAILY. DAY 342. DECEMBER 8: OUR FELLOWSHIP.
Are you living in this fellowship of Christ with others? If you’re not, then you’re probably not experiencing Jesus as God intends. Your joy probably isn’t full. And “to live is Christ” is probably not how you describe your life.
TLIC DAILY. DAY 341. DECEMBER 7: GROW IN GRACE.
“To live is Christ” means never, ever, ever, decreasing in our need for grace.
