Today will allow the same faith in the same grace that justified to also sanctify you? Today will your life abound in thanksgiving to God for his saving love in Jesus his Son? Today will you “to live is Christ.”
“To live is Christ” is to live in this firmness of faith. Faith in Christ’s work FOR us that will produce his work IN us until the day of its completion.
“To live is Christ” means that the person who is the theory of everything, shares everything with us. All love. All grace. All wisdom. All creation. All life.
“To live is Christ” means there’s nothing left to earn. Nothing left to do. No performance left to give. No right to make wrong. No guilt to overcome. No history to delete. Nothing to add-on. No more “ands” to get done today. Just Jesus. Just his love and forgiveness. Only true deliverance.
“To live is Christ” means being filled with the knowledge of God’s will (Christ-likeness) and being instinctively controlled by the wisdom and understanding of God (Christ himself). That’s faith. That’s our union with Christ.
