“To live is Christ” removes all fear of man. As we more and more trust that God is for us and that the light of his life is in us, we will be released from being controlled by the actions, opinions, and acceptance of others.

Thank you Heavenly Father. Thank you for your abundant mercy in Christ that has restored to me the joy of my salvation, and upheld me with a willing spirit. Thank you for the New Covenant. “To live is Christ” has made beholding God and his grace in Jesus not only our greatest good but also our greatest desire.

“To live is Christ” means there is nothing in this life that can make you closer to or farther from God in Christ.

“To live is Christ” means God himself is our greatest joy and his presence is our greatest pleasure. Why? Because his greatest joy and pleasure is the pleasure of saving us.
